Engine Manual Sample Clauses

The 'Engine Manual' clause requires that the operator or owner of equipment, such as vehicles or machinery, must maintain and follow the manufacturer's engine manual for proper use and maintenance. This typically involves keeping the manual accessible, adhering to recommended service schedules, and ensuring that all repairs or adjustments are performed according to the manual's instructions. By mandating compliance with the engine manual, the clause helps prevent improper use, reduces the risk of mechanical failure, and allocates responsibility for equipment upkeep, thereby minimizing disputes over maintenance standards.
