Engineer Resources Sample Clauses

The 'Engineer Resources' clause defines the obligations and expectations regarding the personnel, equipment, and materials that an engineer or engineering firm must provide for a project. Typically, this clause specifies the qualifications required for staff, the types of resources to be made available, and the standards for maintaining these resources throughout the project duration. For example, it may require the engineer to assign a project manager with specific credentials or to ensure access to specialized software and testing equipment. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the engineering party is adequately equipped to fulfill its contractual duties, thereby reducing the risk of project delays or substandard work due to insufficient resources.
