Engineering Changes. You agree to allow us to install mandatory engineering changes (such as those required for safety) on all Machines in your inventory, and to use your best efforts to enable us to install such engineering changes on your Customers' Machines. Mandatory engineering changes are installed at our expense and any removed parts become our property. During the warranty period, we manage and install engineering changes at:
1. your or your Customer's location for Machines for which we provide Warranty Service; and
2. your location for other Machines. Alternatively, we may provide you with the parts (at no charge) and instructions to do the installation yourself. We will reimburse you for your labor as we specify.
Engineering Changes. Customer may request that Flextronics incorporate engineering changes into the Product by providing Flextronics with a description of the proposed engineering change sufficient to permit Flextronics to evaluate its feasibility and cost. Flextronics will proceed with engineering changes when the parties have agreed upon the changes to the Specifications, delivery schedule and Product pricing and the Customer has issued a purchase order for the implementation costs.

Reseller agrees to allow Lenovo to install mandatory engineering changes (such as those required for safety) on all Products in Reseller’s inventory or that it has acquired for internal use, demonstration, or development purposes, and to use best efforts to enable Lenovo to install such engineering changes on your customers' Products. Mandatory engineering changes are installed at Lenovo’s expense and any removed parts become Lenovo property. During the warranty period, Lenovo shall manage and install engineering changes at:
1. Reseller or Reseller’s End User's location for Product for which Lenovo provides warranty Service; and
2. Reseller’s location for other Products. Alternatively, Lenovo may provide Reseller with the parts (at no charge) and instructions to do the installation. Lenovo will reimburse Reseller for labor as specified by Lenovo.
Engineering Changes. 10.1 Product ECO's BROCADE shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide McDATA with [*] days' notice of changes to the Products (including Licensed Software or drivers) that affect the form, fit or function of the Products ("Engineering Change Order" or "ECO").
Engineering Changes. 11.1 Customer may, upon advance written notice to Contractor, submit engineering changes for incorporation into the Products. Contractor will make all efforts to review the engineering change and report to Customer within seven (7) working days of any implications of the proposed changes. The report should include all possible implications on materials, delivery schedule, manufacturing process, quality and product cost and shall also quote the Contractors costs for implementing the changes. Customer and Contractor will agree on all aspects of implications and shall accordingly make revisions in outstanding Purchase Orders - if requested by Customer.
11.2 Contractor shall undertake all efforts to assure quick implementation of engineering changes.

Either party may request that Flextronics incorporate engineering changes to the Product or Specifications by providing a written description of the proposed engineering change sufficient to permit the parties to evaluate the feasibility and cost of the proposed change to the other party for approval. Any proposed engineering change must comply with the Compliance Requirements, and be approved by LumiraDx. Flextronics shall proceed with the proposed engineering changes when the parties have agreed upon the changes to the Specifications, delivery schedule and adjustments to the Fee List and reimbursement of any implementation costs incurred by Flextronics and any adjustment to Product pricing, as applicable.
Engineering Changes. 5.1 The Parties agree that further changes, modifications or amendments to the Specifications shall only be accomplished by mutual agreement between the JVC and SPSW, with the consent of AUO (during the term of the AUO Supply Agreement), and through the formal change control process set forth below:
(a) Either Party may at any time propose changes to the Specifications by a written Engineering Change Notice (an “ECN”) to the other party; provided, however, that no ECN shall not be binding unless approved in writing by both Parties.
(b) The recipient of an ECN will use all reasonable efforts to provide a detailed response within seven (7) days of receipt.
(c) The JVC will inform Buyer of all known and likely impacts of an ECN (including but not limited to delivery scheduling and prices) on the provisions of any relevant Purchase Orders.
(d) The Parties will endeavour to agree and implement at the earliest opportunity ECNs relating to personal and product safety.
(e) Until an ECN and any associated impact have been agreed in writing, the Parties will continue to perform their obligations without taking account of that ECN.
Engineering Changes. Kin Yat shall not make any changes to product or design without receiving prior written approval from iRobot for the change request and for implementation of the change into production.
Engineering Changes. A. ADS reserves the right to make progress and design changes in standard product items ordered without prior approval or notification to Client.
Engineering Changes. 16.1 Supplier may make Engineering changes to the Product or Spare Parts, or to the production processes used in their manufacture, which would affect the performance, reliability, safety, serviceability, appearance, dimensions, tolerances, firmware/software, or composition of bills of material(s) or material sources thereof in accordance with subsections 16.2 and 16.
16.2 Supplier will notify Netpliance of any Engineering Change proposed to be made by Supplier to the Product, and will supply a written description of the expected effect of the Engineering Change on the Product, including its effect on price, performance, reliability, capability, and serviceability. Netpliance may elect to evaluate parts and/or designs specified as part of the proposed change. Netpliance agrees to approve or disapprove Supplier proposed changes within no more than sixty (60) days of receipt of a written request. Netpliance shall acknowledge receipt of Supplier's proposed change within seven (7) days of receipt. Supplier will not change or modify the Product or Spare Parts without Netpliance prior written approval. Netpliance and Supplier will make best efforts to expedite the turn around on the proposed changes.
16.3 Netpliance may request, in writing, that Supplier incorporate an Engineering Change into the Product, and Supplier will provide to Netpliance its written proposal within ten (10) calendar days after Netpliance's request. Supplier's proposal will state the cost savings or increase, if any, expected to be created by the Engineering Change, and the effect on the performance, reliability, safety, appearance, dimensions, tolerances, composition of bills of material, and serviceability of the Product. If Netpliance requests Supplier to incorporate an Engineering Change into the Product, the product Specification and Price will be amended as required. Supplier will not unreasonably refuse to incorporate Netpliance Engineering Changes into the Product.
