Engineering Studies, Analysis and Geotechnical Report. Conduct engineering studies and engage in analyses that will enable Consultant to prepare conclusions and recommendations regarding pump station construction and concerning (1) pump station installation criteria; (2) design criteria for embedded walls, foundations, friction factors, and design water level; (3) seismic design criteria, including a Site Class in accordance with the current International Building Code (IBC); (4) excavation conditions; (5) methods for resisting uplift on the pump station; (6) gravity sewer trenching considerations; (7) recommendations on backfilling site to achieve the required finished grade; and (8) other design or construction considerations that may arise during the course of the study. Based on a review of available information, provide general conclusions regarding anticipated subsurface conditions along the force main alignment and associated trenching considerations. Prepare a geotechnical report that discusses the work accomplished and presents the results of the various tests and office studies. The report shall include a discussion of design criteria for a retaining wall to enable the site to be used for a pump station without encroaching on the wetland buffer. Provide the report in electronic format for District use and distribution. Additional paper copies of the report shall be provided upon request.

  • Investment Analysis and Implementation In carrying out its obligations under Section 1 hereof, the Advisor shall: (a) supervise all aspects of the operations of the Funds; (b) obtain and evaluate pertinent information about significant developments and economic, statistical and financial data, domestic, foreign or otherwise, whether affecting the economy generally or the Funds, and whether concerning the individual issuers whose securities are included in the assets of the Funds or the activities in which such issuers engage, or with respect to securities which the Advisor considers desirable for inclusion in the Funds' assets; (c) determine which issuers and securities shall be represented in the Funds' investment portfolios and regularly report thereon to the Board of Trustees; (d) formulate and implement continuing programs for the purchases and sales of the securities of such issuers and regularly report thereon to the Board of Trustees; and (e) take, on behalf of the Trust and the Funds, all actions which appear to the Trust and the Funds necessary to carry into effect such purchase and sale programs and supervisory functions as aforesaid, including but not limited to the placing of orders for the purchase and sale of securities for the Funds.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.
