Common use of Engineers Personnel Clause in Contracts

Engineers Personnel. 3.5.1. The Engineer shall perform services under this Contract employing the people listed in its Staffing Schedule provided in Exhibit “C”. The Engineer may revise its Staffing Schedule only after obtaining the prior written approval of the Director. The revised Staffing Schedule must include the following information for each professional-level employee proposed for assignment under this Contract: 3.5.1.1. Name of employee; 3.5.1.2. Description of tasks to be performed;
