Common use of English and Chinese language Clause in Contracts

English and Chinese language. (a) This Agreement will be executed in both English and Chinese, and in any case there is any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail. (b) Any notice given under or in connection with any Finance Document must be in English or Chinese. (c) All other documents provided under or in connection with any Finance Document must be: (i) in English or Chinese; or (ii) if not in English or Chinese, and if so required by the Facility Agent, accompanied by a certified English or Chinese translation and, in this case, the English or Chinese translation will prevail unless the document is a constitutional, statutory or other official document.
