Enhanced Extended Links. 5.2.1 Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) are combinations of unbundled Loops and unbundled dedicated transport as defined in this Attachment, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those Network Elements. BellSouth shall provide FPB with EELs where the underlying UNEs are available and in all instances where the requesting carrier meets the eligibility requirements, if applicable. 5.2.2 High-capacity EELs are combinations of loop and transport UNEs or commingled loop and transport facilities at the DS1 and/or DS3 level as described in 47 CFR 51.318(b). High-capacity EELs must comply with the service eligibility requirements set forth in 5.2.4 below. 5.2.3 By placing an order for a high-capacity EEL, FPB thereby certifies that the service eligibility criteria set forth herein are met for access to a converted high-capacity EEL, a new high-capacity EEL, or part of a high-capacity commingled EEL as a UNE. BellSouth shall have the right to audit FPB’s high-capacity EELs as specified below. 5.2.4 If a high-capacity EEL or Ordinarily Combined Network Element is not readily available but can be made available through routine network modifications, as defined by the FCC, FPB may request BellSouth to perform such routine network modifications. The request may not be used to place fiber. Each request will be handled as a project on an individual case basis. BellSouth will provide a price quote for the request, and upon receipt of payment by FPB, BellSouth shall perform the routine network modifications.
Enhanced Extended Links. 2.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective FCC and/or State Commission order, or as otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, BellSouth shall offer access to loop and transport combinations, also known as the Enhanced Extended Link (“EEL”) as defined in Section 2.2 below. 2.2 Subject to Section 2.3 below, BellSouth will provide access to the EEL in the combinations set forth in Section 2.4 following. This offering is intended to provide connectivity from an end user’s location through that end user’s SWC to Network One’s POP serving wire center. The circuit must be connected to Network One’s switch for the purpose of provisioning telephone exchange service to Network One’s end-user customers. The EEL will be connected to Network One’s facilities in Network One’s collocation space at the POP SWC, or Network One may purchase BellSouth’s access facilities between Network One’s POP and Network One’s collocation space at the POP SWC. 2.3 BellSouth shall provide EEL combinations to Network One in Georgia regardless of whether or not such EELs are Currently Combined. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to Network One those EEL combinations described in Section 2.4 below only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

BellSouth shall provide PLI with EELs where the underlying Network Element are available and are required to be provided pursuant to this Agreement and in all instances where the requesting carrier meets the eligibility requirements, if applicable. 5.3.2 High-capacity EELs are (1) combinations of Loop and Dedicated Transport, (2) Dedicated Transport commingled with a wholesale loop, or (3) a loop commingled with wholesale transport at the DS1 and/or DS3 level as described in 47 C.F.R. § 51.318(b). 5.3.3 By placing an order for a high-capacity EEL, PLI thereby certifies that the service eligibility criteria set forth herein are met for access to a converted high-capacity EEL, a new high-capacity EEL, or part of a high-capacity commingled EEL as a UNE. BellSouth shall have the right to audit PLI’s high-capacity EELs as specified below.

  • Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement An arrangement that provides a Customer a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.

  • Termination Prior to Maturity Date; Survival All covenants, representations and warranties made in this Agreement shall continue in full force until this Agreement has terminated pursuant to its terms and all Obligations have been satisfied. So long as Borrower has satisfied the Obligations (other than inchoate indemnity obligations, and any other obligations which, by their terms, are to survive the termination of this Agreement, and any Obligations under Bank Services Agreements that are cash collateralized in accordance with Section 4.1 of this Agreement), this Agreement may be terminated prior to the Revolving Line Maturity Date by Borrower, effective three (3) Business Days after written notice of termination is given to Bank. Those obligations that are expressly specified in this Agreement as surviving this Agreement’s termination shall continue to survive notwithstanding this Agreement’s termination.

  • Interim Extension Amendment a. Prior to or on the expiration date of this Contract, the Parties agree that this Contract can be extended as provided under this Section. b. The System Agency will provide written notice of interim extension amendment to the Grantee under one of the following circumstances: 1. Continue provision of services in response to a disaster declared by the governor; or 2. To ensure that services to clients continue without interruption. c. The System Agency will provide written notice of the interim extension amendment that specifies the reason and length of time for the extension. d. Grantee will provide and invoice for services in the same manner as stated in the Contract. e. An interim extension under Section (b)(1) above will extend the term of the contract not longer than 30 days after governor's disaster declaration is declared unless the Parties agree to a shorter period of time. f. An interim extension under Section (b)(2) above will be a one-time extension for time determined by the System Agency.

  • Provisions Related to Extended Revolving Credit Commitments If the maturity date in respect of any tranche of Revolving Credit Commitments occurs prior to the expiration of any Letter of Credit, then (i) if one or more other tranches of Revolving Credit Commitments in respect of which the maturity date shall not have occurred are then in effect, such Letters of Credit shall automatically be deemed to have been issued (including for purposes of the obligations of the Revolving Credit Lenders to purchase participations therein and to make Revolving Credit Loans and payments in respect thereof pursuant to Section 2.03(d)) under (and ratably participated in by Lenders pursuant to) the Revolving Credit Commitments in respect of such non-terminating tranches up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the aggregate principal amount of the unutilized Revolving Credit Commitments thereunder at such time (it being understood that no partial face amount of any Letter of Credit may be so reallocated) and (ii) to the extent not reallocated pursuant to immediately preceding clause (i), the Borrower shall Cash Collateralize any such Letter of Credit in accordance with Section 2.17. If, for any reason, such Cash Collateral is not provided or the reallocation does not occur, the Revolving Credit Lenders under the maturing tranche shall continue to be responsible for their participating interests in the Letters of Credit. Except to the extent of reallocations of participations pursuant to clause (i) of the second preceding sentence, the occurrence of a maturity date with respect to a given tranche of Revolving Credit Commitments shall have no effect upon (and shall not diminish) the percentage participations of the Revolving Credit Lenders in any Letter of Credit issued before such maturity date. Commencing with the maturity date of any tranche of Revolving Credit Commitments, the sublimit for Letters of Credit shall be agreed with the Lenders under the extended tranches.
