Common use of Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) Clause in Contracts

Enhanced Extended Links (EELs). 4.2.1 EELs are combinations of unbundled Loops and unbundled dedicated transport as defined in this Attachment, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those Network Elements. BellSouth shall provide Charter with EELs where the underlying UNEs are available. 4.2.2 In the event Charter converts special access services to UNEs, Charter shall be subject to the termination liability provisions in the applicable special access tariffs, if any.

BellSouth shall provide Charter USA Telecom, Inc. with EELs where the underlying UNEs are available. 4.2.2 In the event Charter USA Telecom, Inc. converts special access services to UNEs, Charter USA Telecom, Inc. shall be subject to the termination liability provisions in the applicable special access tariffs, if any.
