Common use of Enhancement Percentage Clause in Contracts

Enhancement Percentage. For any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class B-1, Class B-2 and Class B-3 Certificates (together with the Overcollateralized Amount and taking into account the distributions of the Principal Distribution Amount and all payments of principal from the Swap Account, if any, for such Distribution Date) by (y) the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period.
