Common use of ENHANCEMENT PROVIDER Clause in Contracts

ENHANCEMENT PROVIDER. if the relevant Loan Note Supplement specifies that an Enhancement Provider is to be a Secured Creditor in respect of some or all of the Secured Property in relation to that Series of Loan Notes or any Class thereof, the beneficial entitlement of such Enhancement Provider to a security interest in the relevant Secured Property shall be specified in the relevant Loan Note Supplement; and

ENHANCEMENT PROVIDER. if the relevant Loan Note Supplement specifies that an Enhancement Provider is to be a Secured Creditor in respect of some or all of the Secured Property in relation to that Series of Loan Notes or any Class thereofSeries, the beneficial entitlement of such Enhancement Provider to a security interest in the relevant Secured Property shall be specified in the relevant Loan Note Supplement; andSupplement and shall be expressed to constitute or form part of that related Series;
