Enhancements to PIC Wetland. The Port will undertake the conversion of a 6.2 acre site referred to as the "PIC Wetland" from its present state into a native scrub-shrub wetland, as described more fully in a forthcoming document entitled PIC Wetland Conversion Project Plan. The Port's total estimated financial commitment is ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($150,000.00). The Port and the City will collaborate to produce the PIC Wetland Conversion Project Plan within nine (9) months of the Effective Date and will solicit input on the plan from the Airport's Community Advisory Committee prior to implementation. The conversion will be substantially underway within two (2) years of the Effective Date. The Port agrees to maintain the wetlands in perpetuity, recording an appropriate instrument consistent with Section 2.2.

  • System Enhancements State Street will provide to the Fund any enhancements to the System developed by State Street and made a part of the System; provided that State Street offer the Fund reasonable training on the enhancement. Charges for system enhancements shall be as provided in the Fee Schedule. State Street retains the right to charge for related systems or products that may be developed and separately made available for use other than through the System.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
