Contractor Information The Contractor will provide up to date information for each of the following in the form and manner specified by OGS:
CONTRACT INFORMATION Enterprise Services shall maintain and provide to eligible Purchasers information regarding this Contract, including scope, pricing, and lowest responsive, responsible bidder designation. In addition, Enterprise Services identifies awarded contractors who qualify as Washington Small Businesses, Certified Veteran-Owned Businesses, or that, pursuant to the Contract provide Services that meet specified state procurement priorities as set forth in the Competitive Solicitation.
Unauthorised Use of Confidential Information The Supplier/Service Provider shall not authorise any party to act on or use in any way any Confidential Information belonging to Transnet whether or not such party is aware of such Confidential Information, and shall promptly notify Transnet of the information if it becomes aware of any party so acting, and shall provide Transnet the information with such assistance as Transnet reasonably requires, at Transnet’s cost and expense, to prevent such third party from so acting.
Investigatory Interviews A. Upon request, an employee has the right to a union representative at an investigatory interview called by the Employer, if the employee reasonably believes discipline could result. An employee may also have a union representative at a pre-disciplinary meeting. If the requested representative is not reasonably available, the employee will select another representative who is available. Employees seeking representation are responsible for contacting their representative.
