Common use of Enquiry Clause in Contracts

Enquiry. No purchaser from, or other Person dealing with, the Bond Trustee or a Receiver will be concerned to enquire whether any of the powers exercised or purported to be exercised has arisen or become exercisable, whether the Secured Obligations remain outstanding or have become payable, whether the Bond Trustee or such Receiver is authorised to act or as to the propriety or validity of the exercise or purported exercise of any power by the Bond Trustee or such Receiver.
