Enrollment and verification requirements. a) Contractor must be enrolled in E-Verify at time of contract award, and the Contractor shall use E-Verify to initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new employees. 1) Enrolled thirty (30) calendar days or more. Contractor shall initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new hires of the Contractor, who are working in the State of Florida, whether or not assigned to this Contract, within three (3) business days after the date of hire; or 2) Enrolled less than thirty (30) calendar days.
