Common use of Enrollment Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Effective Date. The contractor shall assure that appropriate language versions of all materials including enrollment and disenrollment materials are developed and available to enrollees and potential enrollees. The contractor shall provide oral interpretation free of charge for all potential enrollees or enrollees whose prevalent language is not English. Non-English versions of written materials are required, if the population speaking a non-English language in a given county is greater than five (5) percent of the population.
