Common use of Enrolment by Clause in Contracts

Enrolment by. (a) Regular Full-time Employees; (b) Regular Part-time Employees, whose regular hours of work exceed fifteen (15) hours per week averaged over one (1) complete cycle of the shift schedule; and (c) Temporary Employees whose hours of work exceed fifteen (15) hours per week averaged over one (1) complete cycle of the shift schedule: (i) whose anticipated term of temporary employment is six months or longer; or (ii) who has completed six (6) months of continuous service as a Temporary Employee and will continue to be employed as a Temporary Employee. shall be facilitated in accordance with the enrolment and other requirements of the Insurer.
