Common use of Enterprise Clause in Contracts

Enterprise. Mallinckrodt plc and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity or enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of Mallinckrodt plc as a director, officer, secretary, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors’ committee member, employee or agent.

Enterprise. Mallinckrodt plc and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity or enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of Mallinckrodt plc as a director, officer, secretary, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors’ committee member, employee or agent.

Enterprise. Mallinckrodt plc and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity or enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of Mallinckrodt plc Brand Pharma or Sucampo as a director, officer, secretary, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors’ committee member, employee or agent.
