Common use of Entire Agreement; Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Enforceability. When signed and approved by the Local or State Organization, this Agreement, together with its attachments, shall solely and exclusively determine Contestant’s rights, privileges and responsibilities to the Local or State Organization. No oral or other written statement that is in any way inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon Contestant or upon the Local or State Organization. If any provision of this Agreement should be declared void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed omitted from this Agreement. In that event, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
