Entire Agreement; Governing Language. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to your Application and the use of the AT&T Development Tool Set licensed hereunder and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements regarding its subject matter, including any Wireless Information Service Licensing Agreement You may have in place with AT&T (“WISLA”). This Agreement may be modified only: (a) by a written amendment signed by both parties, or (b) to the extent expressly permitted by this Agreement (for example, by AT&T by written or email notice to You).
