ENTIRE AGREEMENT, MODIFICATION, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. 20.1 - This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings related to the work performed under this Agreement. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that no representations, inducements, promises or agreements, orally or otherwise, have been made by a party, or anyone acting on behalf of any party, which are not embodied herein, and that any other agreement, statement or promise not contained in the Agreement shall not be valid or binding. 20.2 - This Agreement may not be altered, amended, or modified except by a written instrument signed by the duly authorized representative of both parties.
