Common use of ENTIRE AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION OR REVISION Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION OR REVISION. This Agreement and the other Operative Documents are, collectively, intended to be a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement of the Parties and this Agreement and the other Operative Documents supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or in writing in relation to the transactions contemplated herein. None of this Agreement, any other Operative Document or any term hereof or thereof may be modified or waived except by an agreement in writing signed by the Parties.
