Common use of ENTIRE AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION OR REVISION Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION OR REVISION. This Lease and the other Operative Documents is intended to be a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement of the parties hereto and this Lease and the other Operative Documents supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or in writing in relation to the leasing of the Aircraft to Lessee. Neither this Lease nor any term of this Lease may be modified or waived except by an agreement in writing signed by the parties.
