  • Entire Agreement; Successors and Assigns This Credit Agreement along with the other Credit Documents and the Fee Letter constitutes the entire agreement among the Borrowers, the Agent and the Lenders, supersedes any prior agreements among them, and shall bind and benefit the Borrowers and the Lenders and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • Successors and Assigns; Entire Agreement This Agreement and all of the provisions hereof shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
