Common use of Entire Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Amendment. This Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby constitute the entire Amendment among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior negotiations, letters and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.

Entire Amendment. This Amendment sets forth all of the promises, agreements, conditions, understandings, warranties and representations among the Parties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby constitute the entire Amendment among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereofand thereby, and supersede supersedes all prior negotiationsagreements, letters arrangements and understandings relating to between the subject matter hereofParties, whether written, oral or otherwise, other than the Letter Agreement, which is amended as set forth herein.

Entire Amendment.
