Common use of Entire Balance Due Clause in Contracts

Entire Balance Due. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set out elsewhere in this Agreement, the Bank shall have the right in its sole discretion at any time and from time to time to demand immediate payment of all monies due to it by the Cardholder under the terms of this Agreement. The Bank reserves the right to set off any Debt against any account(s) of the Cardholder with the Bank.
