Common use of ENTIRE CONTRACT; CHANGES Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE CONTRACT; CHANGES. This Contract, with the application and the Identification Card, is the entire Contract between you and the Plan. No change in this Contract will be effective until approved by an authorized Plan officer. This approval must be noted on or attached to this Contract. No agent or representative of the Plan other than a Plan officer may otherwise change this Contract or waive any of its provisions. All statements made by the Subscriber or by an individual Member shall, in the absence of fraud, be deemed representatives and not warranties.
