Common use of ENTIRE CONTRACT -- CONSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE CONTRACT -- CONSTRUCTION. This document, together with the attached Application, constitutes the entire Contract. This Contract will be construed according to the laws of the Jurisdiction set forth on the cover page. By signing this Contract and any modifications, amendments or endorsements to this Contract, the Contract Owner represents to Nationwide that the Plan and Trust, if any, conform to and are consistent with the provisions of this Contract. Should the Plan or Trust, if any, need to be amended to conform to the provisions of this Contract, the Contract Owner is responsible for such amendments. The terms of this Contract shall prevail over terms of the Plan and Trust, if any, in cases of conflict.
