Entire Contract; Modification. This Contract, including any attachments, constitutes the entire Contract between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and may not be amended except by a written amendment executed by authorized representatives of both parties. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Contract and the attachments, the terms of this Contract will prevail.
