Common use of Entire Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Entire Guaranty. This Guaranty embodies the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties in respect of the matters contemplated hereby. There are no restrictions, promises, representations, warranties, covenants or undertakings other than those expressly set forth or referred to herein. This Guaranty supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the Parties with respect to the matters contemplated hereby.
