Entire Taking. In the event of any taking of the nature covered by Subparagraph 16.1 above, all compensation and damages for the taking shall be paid in accordance with the following priorities: (A) Lessee shall receive the value of the leasehold estate under this Lease plus the unamortized value of any improvements or alterations made by Lessee upon the Premises; and (B) Lessor shall receive the balance of such compensation or damages.
