Common use of Entire Transaction Clause in Contracts

Entire Transaction. The Parties and their respective Transacting Affiliates treat, from the business perspective, the transaction contemplated by this Agreement and transactions contemplated by the Preliminary Transaction Documents as one transaction between two groups of companies. Therefore the Parties agreed that the Final Agreement shall be signed simultaneously with all the Final Transaction Documents and each Party may withhold from signing the Final Agreement if any of the other Party's Transacting Affiliates refuses or withholds from signing of any other Final Transaction Document.
