Common use of Entire Transaction Clause in Contracts

Entire Transaction. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between Employee and the Company with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby and supercedes all other agreements and understanding between the parties. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, neither Employee nor the Company has relied upon any oral representation or oral information given to it by any representative of the other party.
