Entire Understanding / Modifications. A. This Agreement and attached Appendices contain the entire understanding and contractual agreement between the parties. Except as specifically stated in this Agreement, no tariffs or other contracts apply. B. This Agreement cannot be amended except in writing signed and dated by authorized representatives of both parties.
