Common use of Entirety and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Entirety and Amendments. This Agreement, including the agreements attached ----------------------- as exhibits hereto, embodies the entire agreement between the parties, supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, if any, relating to the subject matter hereof, and may be amended only by an instrument in writing executed jointly by an authorized officer or agent of each of the parties hereto, and supplemented only by documents delivered or to be delivered in accordance with the express terms thereof.

Entirety and Amendments. This Agreement, including along with its Exhibits, constitutes the sole and only agreement of the parties to this Agreement and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral agreements attached ----------------------- as exhibits hereto, embodies the entire agreement between the parties, supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, if any, relating to parties concerning the subject matter hereof, and . This Agreement may be amended or supplemented only by an instrument in writing executed jointly by an authorized officer or agent of each the party against whom enforcement is sought. Without limitation of the foregoing, the parties hereto, and supplemented only may from time to time modify the Operational Requirements attached as Exhibit B by documents delivered or to be delivered in accordance with the express terms thereofmutual written agreement.
