Common use of Entitlement to payment Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to payment. An Employee will be entitled to payment by the Employer for Ordinary Time Earnings for time lost through inclement weather for up to 35 hours in every calendar month. For the purposes of this clause, the following conditions will apply: (a) An Employee will be credited with 35 hours at the commencement of each calendar month. (b) The number of hours at the credit of any Employee at any time will not exceed 35 hours.
