Common use of Entitlement to Scheme Consideration Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to Scheme Consideration. Subject to the terms of this Scheme, on the Implementation Date, in consideration for the transfer to Bidder of the Scheme Shares, each Scheme Shareholder will be entitled to receive the Scheme Consideration in respect of each of their Scheme Shares in accordance with clauses 5.2 to 5.5 and the Deed Poll.

Entitlement to Scheme Consideration. Subject to the terms of this Scheme, on On the Implementation Date, in consideration for the transfer to the Bidder (or if applicable, the Bidder Nominee) of the Scheme Shares, each Scheme Shareholder will be entitled to receive the Scheme Consideration in respect of each of their Scheme Shares in accordance with clauses 5.2 to 5.5 and the Deed Pollclause 6 of this Scheme.
