Common use of Entitlement to Scheme Consideration Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to Scheme Consideration. (a) On the Implementation Date, in consideration for the transfer to SEEK (or, if applicable, the SEEK Nominee) of all of the Scheme Shares, each Scheme Participant will be entitled to receive the Scheme Consideration in respect of each of their Scheme Shares in accordance with clause 6 of this Scheme.
