Entity Sample Clauses

The 'Entity' clause defines what is meant by the term 'entity' within the context of the agreement. It typically clarifies whether the term refers to corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, or other legal organizations, and may specify the inclusion of subsidiaries or affiliates. By providing a clear definition, this clause ensures that all parties understand exactly which organizations are subject to the rights and obligations set forth in the contract, thereby preventing ambiguity and potential disputes over the scope of the agreement.
