Common use of Entry and Sojourn of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Entry and Sojourn of Personnel. A Contracting Party shall, subject to its laws applicable from time to time, symphathetically consider the entry and sojourn of senior staffs for the purpose of engaging in activities connected with investments, from such countries with whom the Contracting Parties have diplomatic relations, employed by companies of the other Contracting Party.
