Entry Dates Sample Clauses

The Entry Dates clause establishes the specific dates on which a party is permitted to enter a property or commence certain activities under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines when access is granted, such as the start date for a tenant to occupy leased premises or for a contractor to begin work on a site. By clearly defining these dates, the clause helps prevent disputes over unauthorized entry and ensures all parties are aware of their rights and obligations regarding access, thereby promoting orderly project commencement or property use.
