Common use of Entry for Inspection Clause in Contracts

Entry for Inspection. Port and its authorized Agents shall have the right to enter the Premises without notice at any time during normal business hours of generally recognized business days, provided that Tenant or Tenant's Agents are present on the Premises (except in the event of an emergency), for the purpose of inspecting the Premises to determine whether the Premises are in good condition and whether Tenant is complying with its obligations under this Lease.
