Common use of Entry into effect Clause in Contracts

Entry into effect. 2.3.1 Clauses 1 (other than Clause 1.5), 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 and Conditions 1, 100 and 102 shall come into effect and be binding on the parties immediately upon this Agreement being signed and dated by the parties. 2.3.2 All other Clauses and Conditions shall come into effect and be binding on the parties on the Commencement Date.

Entry into effect. 2.3.1 Clauses 1 (other than Clause 1.5), 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 and Conditions 1A1, 100 Q1 and 102 Q3 shall come into effect and be binding on the parties immediately upon this Agreement being signed and dated by the parties. 2.3.2 All other Clauses and Conditions shall come into effect and be binding on the parties on the Commencement Date.
