ENTRY INTO FORCE AND DURATION OF THE FWC. I.3.1 The FWC enters into force on the date on which the last party signs it. I.3.2 The execution of the contract shall start 3 days after the contract is signed by the last party. I.3.3 The duration of the FWC is maximum up to 12 months from the date on which the last party signs it, pending availability of funding. The availability of funding for the whole duration of the contract shall be subject to approval of yearly budget of the Contracting Authority. I.3.4 The parties must sign any specific contract before the FWC expires.

The contract will terminate before expiration of 12 months if the maximum framework contract price is exhausted earlier. I.3.4 The parties must sign any specific contract before the FWC expires.
