Common use of Entry into force and termination Clause in Contracts

Entry into force and termination. These Implementation Procedures shall enter into force upon signature and shall remain in force until terminated by either party. Either the FAA or CAAI may terminate these Implementation Procedures upon sixty days written notice to the other party. Termination will not affect the validity of activity conducted under these Implementation Procedures prior to termination.
