Common use of Entry Rights Clause in Contracts

Entry Rights. Lessee agrees that all reasonable times during the term of this Lease, Lessor or its agents may enter the leased premises for purpose of inspection, cleaning and maintenance, repairs, posting of notices or utility bills or, in the event of an emergency, to perform acts Lessor deems necessary for the protection of the property or safety of person. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees not to hold Lessor, its’ employees or agents responsible for any such acts performed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ while acting in such emergency capacity.
