Entry Safeguards. The Landlord must, if it enters the Premises to exercise any Landlord’s rights: 5.2.1 repair any physical damage that it shall cause to the Premises by such entry but it shall not be liable beyond the cost of such repair to the Premises; 5.2.2 give the Tenant at least three Business Days’ notice of such entry except in the case of an emergency when the Landlord must give as much notice as may be reasonably practicable; and
