Common use of Entry to the School Clause in Contracts

Entry to the School. 3.1 Both admission and entry to the School will be subject to the availability of a place at the School. 3.2 To apply for a place for your Child at the School, the Parents must return the School’s Admission Registration Form and pay the non-refundable registration fee. The amount of the non-refundable registration fee is as stated on the Admission Registration Form. The Admission Registration Form should be sent to Admissions at the School. The return of the Admission Registration Form and the payment of the registration fee does not guarantee the Child a place at or admission to the School.
