Common use of Environment Management Clause in Contracts

Environment Management. The Contractor shall have an Environment Management Plan, which shall be required to be adhered to during the remaining execution of the contract. The Environment Management Plan may be modified by GMDC from time to time, during currency of the contract, as required to address the concerns of GMDC in regard to Environment.
