Common use of Environmental Attributes Clause in Contracts

Environmental Attributes. 5.3.1 The Environmental Attributes including all RECs, and Reporting Rights Owner shall transfer and assign to Utility. At Utility’s request , Owner shall provide evidence of Owner's transfer and assignment of right, title and interest in and to the Environmental Attributes. 5.3.2 Owner will at all times retain all tax credits and depreciation association with the System.
