Environmental Audits and Reports. promptly upon their becoming available, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of any Loan Party or by independent consultants, with respect to environmental matters affecting any property owned or operated by any Loan Party (including without, limitation, the Real Property Collateral) or which relate to any Environmental Liabilities of any Loan Party, to the extent reflecting any matters which, in any such case, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Environmental Liability;
